天然硼元素有兩種穩(wěn)定同位素，即¹⁰B和¹¹B，相對豐度分別為19.78%和80.22%。¹¹B質(zhì)子數(shù)為5，中子數(shù)為6，與¹⁰B不同，¹¹B對熱中子的吸收截面僅為0.005靶。天然硼或硼化合物作為半導(dǎo)體器件制程摻雜源使用時(shí)由于引入¹⁰B一起進(jìn)行摻雜，在某些特定使用環(huán)境會(huì)對半導(dǎo)器件性能造成致命的影響，輕則影響電子設(shè)備運(yùn)行速度，重則導(dǎo)致死機(jī)甚至毀機(jī)。因此¹¹B被用于半導(dǎo)體器件制程的摻雜劑，能夠有效提高器件的半導(dǎo)體性能和抗輻射抗干擾能力。此外，¹¹B還可用于特種鋼材制造行業(yè)，用于提高材料的耐高溫和耐輻射性能。

Natural boron has two kinds of stable isotopes, ¹⁰B and¹¹B, with relative abundance of 19.78% and 80.22%, respectively.¹¹B has five protons and six neutrons. Unlike ¹⁰B, ¹¹B has an absorption cross section of only 0.005b for thermal neutrons. When natural boron or boron compound is used as the dopant of semiconductor devices, the introduction of ¹⁰B will cause fatal impact on the performance of semi-conductor devices in certain specific use environment, which may affect the running speed of electronic devices, or even lead to destruction of the machine. Therefore, ¹¹B is used as a dopant in the process of semiconductor device manufacturing, which can effectively improve the semiconductor performance and anti-radiation and anti-interference ability of the device. In addition, ¹¹B can also be used as an additive to the steel used in the manufacture of reactors, which can greatly improve the resistance to high temperature and radiation.

產(chǎn)品用途 Application

¹¹B可以應(yīng)用在半導(dǎo)體行業(yè)，用¹¹B作為摻雜劑可以使得硅離子布植緊密，從而生產(chǎn)高度集成、高密度的微型芯片，且提高半導(dǎo)體器件的抗輻射干擾能力。¹¹B也可以作為鋼材的添加劑，這種鋼材用于制造反應(yīng)器，可以使反應(yīng)器的耐高溫、耐輻射性能得到大幅度提高。

As a dopant, ¹¹B can be applied in the semiconductor industry, which makes silicon ion layout closely, so that the highly integrated and high-density microchips can be produced. ¹¹B can also be used as an additive to the steel used in the manufacture of reactors, which can greatly improve the resistance to high temperature and radiation.

包裝、貯存 Packaging and storage

用聚乙烯塑料瓶外套木箱包裝。每瓶凈重250g或500g。貯存在通風(fēng)、干燥的庫房中、密封存放，要遠(yuǎn)離火源。

Packing in polythene plastic bottles and with wooden cases protection outside. Each bottle has a net weight of 250g or 500g. Product should be stored in a ventilated and dry warehouse, stay away from fire.
